why for portrait and landscape resolution the size of frame is different?

Hi So I changed game resolution to 480X800 and then just changed diverse to 800X480 the problem is That portrait frame is much smaller then landscape is I don't get it why the resolution is the same only alt text

is it because of orthographic camera That has fixed High and changes only width?
