Texture Help

Hey all, I'm currently recreating a map for VR Chat and when using Unity the ground textures look great. See here;

Good Textures

However once the map is uploaded to the game and I play either on PC or VR, the ground always looks like this instead.

Bad textures

Any ideas? Thanks so much!
