Terrain rendering issue

Hi guys, I'm new to learning Unity 3D game development. I have an issue with terrain rendering. I try using paid or free terrain kits from the assets store and when I open the demo scene I see the terrain grass-like in attached images, it's not correctly rendered, is rendered like a halftone effect. Among the paid ones I use PUre Nature Kit. What do you think is the problem. My GPU GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 970 G1.
