I can't open Unity (Stopped working)

When I try to open the program, it shown like this.

At first I think it maybe because of 2 notification that I found when I open the window.

(Microsoft C++)

another one is SwitchBoard.exe error with message " The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application. "

I try to fix those things for a while. Then I remember that even this two notification have shown almost a week but I still can open the Unity program. Until today that I can't open this program anymore.

The few thing that I do after close last using Unity program (that mean yesterday 30/9/2015) is install "Tale runner" game via Stream and open Utorrent to shared bittorrent when I sleep. After that I just use my laptop for watch movie through Netflix and write some word in Microsoft Word. Then try to open Unity again today to work on my project, but all I can do with unity is found that it has stopped working.

I try to fix by add "-force-d3d11" (from topic http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/510681/unity-editor-has-stopped-working.html). But it still not work.

Any idea for this problem? Should I reinstall my Window or anything? I already try to uninstall Unity then try to install it again for 2 time, but it still not work. TT

P.s. my Laptop is "MSI GE60" CPU: Intel Core i5-3210M VGA: NVIDIA Geforce GT 650M/2GB GDDR5 RAM: 8GB P.S.2 Normally I run in 64bit.
