coordinate transformation

recently doing a crane project, Using the animation tool, the coordinate will appear correct. But the coordinate change when I click the play button. May someone tell me why?,

When I do a Crane project, using an animation tool can make my crane move properly. But once I click the play button, the coordinate change to another axis. Can someone answer my question?
