Radar for Geolocations

I am fetching geolocatoins from Google API and placing Geometries on that location. I want a radar which can plot these locations and when I move my device then it should look at that direction. How can I achieve this.

Not an answer to your question, but I thought I should point out that using the Google geocoding service for anything other than displaying locations on a Google $$anonymous$$ap is in breach of the license restrictions. See Section 10.1g: https://developers.google.com/maps/terms#section_10_1
