Asset Store Licenses

Hi guys.

I didn't quite understand the Asset Store Eula due to my low English and law knowledge.

Can someone please explain how this works?

I have used a bunch of free assets in my project. But there is no license file almost any of them. So I'm really afraid to get sued for vain. I know that I need to mention some of the assets and their creators in the credits. But how can I know what license the assets are under and which assets should I mention if there's no file or a sign? Am I protected by Unity for using "FREE" assets?
