Unity ios build and device memory limit

I have built my game with Xcode to my iPhone 6s, the game using 400MB of device storage but I'm getting a warning on Xcode didReceiveMemoryWarning() 11db iPhone 6s has 650 MB memory limit. how is that possible memory usage bigger than build?
