Cannnot load assets with github

Question

I started to develop app with my friend and we are using Github to share our project. However, when I clone or pull the project, Assets are not loaded like image below.

How can I fix this issue ? I do not know what is going on at all.

Install git-lfs and try again. The point is, binaries use a different storage method than text resources.

git lfs pull did not work for me. Should it be export as a unitypackage if github is used between teammate ?

Did you initialize lfs for this repository by executing $git lfs install command?
