The system cannot find the path specified. on new project

I get 92 errors on every new project in unity made in the version 2021.3.0f1:

  The system cannot find the path specified.

is it normal?

Where do you see those errors then? If Console window or log file - then there could be a call stack associated with it.

Removing all of the packages solved the error for me, but it also removes a lot of components you might want to use in your project.

to look at and delete packages: on the top left bar of unity -> Window -> package manager

Same here, just that I get this error 97 times. No more information is provided there...
