How to link the previous scene's information with next scene's information?,How to link the previous screen's information and the next screen's information?

I'm making the card game for patient who have the dementia or brain problem. I almost make but I cannot finish the development because of link problem. My game is a kind of card game. First, in my game, the player see someone's face, age and job. Next scene, the player match the information and face. This process, I don't know how to link the face and information among the scene. and I want to give a score to them. plz help!
