Hello, so every week, i come back to my profile and i get the reputation increases by a little, yesterday, it was at 30. Now it is at 40, why is that?

Maybe you should look around for that answer. Check out the Answers FAQ, there is a link to the rigth under "Welcome to Unity Answers".

Your reputation increases usually when you answer someone's question and they select it as the answer.

What is not called karma? Was repuataion the same as karma?

It's been called reputation for a while ;) Your reputation is measured based on karma points :)
