How to contact with unity administrators?

This is normal, esp. for a weekend. Qs from new users go there, so that part is working. The Moderators aren't as active on the weekends, and UA gets more questions then. Sometimes it takes a day or two.

But, it looks like your question is about an error message. If you aren't able to look them up, those should usually go to the HelpRoom. I think there's no waiting for approval to post there.
