[META] Bug with badges - Username Wrong on Activity Feed

So I haven't been on here for very long, but this seems like one of those bugs that's only irritating to folks who are overly observant of details. Still seemed worth point out though:

When I look at my activity feed, it shows everything I've done: voting, commenting, answering, etc. However, it also tells me that I won every badge that anyone else won as a result of a thread I participated in. I'm not actually getting the badges, so it's not a big deal, but the Activity Feed definitely likes to congratulate me for other people's badges. Screen shot attached: alt text

Hah. I (and many others) already experienced the funniest badges bug on the old site.

dZone were messing with the code and suddenly, random badges started Incrementing on their own!!

$$anonymous$$y Gold badges went up and up every few seconds. Check out how many I have :D

That's hilarious :P Well that explains a person I noticed the other day who had... I don't remember, something like 15 total posts ever and around a thousand badges. I was wondering if they just used to hand out badges like candy. I mean, I guess technically this means they do.... haha
