Where is the downvote button in unity Answers now?

It seems to have gone, I can only find the "like" button.

This new system uses Likes instead of upvote/downvote. It's two different ways of dealing with content: moving/closing/redirecting or deleting more content is one way of cleaning up the site.

If we find that this new system is not as useful after testing it with the community, we will consider moving back to the up/down-vote of Q's/A's.
