Corrupted recovered files using Shadow Explorer

Hello everyone

Because of git problems I've overwritten the folder containing a unity project. For these reason I tried to recover the old project by using Shadow Explorer. All the files were recovered but unity crashes in the attempt to open the entire project and/or single scenes.

It would be great if I have the possibility to at least copy and paste the ".Unity" files containing the scenes but unfortunately this attempt was not successful.

Does anyone know how to use a scene of a certain project to another one without using the export/import sequence? Is my scene definitively corrupted?
