Unity 2018 crashes everytime I open project (Please Read the question!)

Hello everybody! I just get to the point. First I was working with unity 2018.2.1f1 and in the middle of the project it was kept crashing. after 2018.2.3f1 came out I installed it and same problem but worse! It crashes on startup. then I updated to 2018.2.4f1 and I've still have this problem. I've deleted the temp and library folder but it didn't help. Even starting a new project face this same problem! now I have a project to attend to but I can't work! What should I do?! PS: 8GB Ram and Nvidia GTX950m and windows 10 pro.

Just by opening the editor-prev.log file I could clearly see an error message saying: "Cancelling DisplayDialog because it was run from a thread that is not the main thread: Fatal Error! Could not allocate memory: System out of memory!" then google searching it I could find the topic: https://answers.unity.com/questions/941380/system-out-of-memory-when-opening-a-project.html

I understand you don't know why this is happening and is asking for help, but please try to be a little more pro-active if you want to be a good developer.
