Game window is broken

Can someone explain me what's going on? It looks the same on 2017 and 2018 version. alt text

In your Game Window set the scale back to 1.0x

It doesn't help, it looks terrible anyway. Any spirite I upload looses quality drasticly.

Check your Quality Settings perhaps.

Your version looks different to mine. Do you have "Lower resolutions" box when clicking Free Aspect button?

This is still unanswered even after 3 years, now facing the same issue in 2021. Any help would be great.
