Video Recording in Runtime

Hi I am making a multi screen video recording app using Unity 2020 (like Acapella if you are confused). I have made it so a microphone input can be recorded and played back at a later date but the webcam render texture only displays in real-time. I was wondering if there was any way to record this footage and use it again at a later date?
