how can I hire a good voice acting team?

yeah, I'm a brazillian and a one person team, and I need to know how and where can I hire a good voice acting team for my project? because a lot of small team or solo teams like me, always thinks that's something out of our reach, and I really want to at least know how it works to direct a VA and how to get one. like, Mike Lund, Charles Martinet, and some others that I forgot for example. any help is very very welcome.

I have used this service before. There are a number of ways to get just the voice you want. You can listen to pre-recorded samples, then provide a short script and they will audition for free. Once you choose the voice you like, you will request a quote, and so on ...
