Laptop Webcam and mic not working in .exe build

I want to access the webcam and mic (record and play) in my windows build. In my case Webcam and Mic is working properly in unity editor mode and External web cam and Mic is working properly in desktop (exe). when I try with Laptop build (exe) application Webcam and Mic is detecting properly but not working. I am getting block screen from webcam texture and Mic not start recording. Please provide proper guide to resolve this issue.
