Lightweight Render Pipeline turns entire scene pink including skybox

I have installed the LWRP with the package manager, then added it in the scriptable render pipeline settings, and gone into EDIT > RENDER PIPELINE > UPGRADE PROJECT MATERIALS. At which point everything turns pink. I have restarted the editor, and it is in a fresh scene.

I will attach images so you can see. I do have shader errors.
