Unity scene moving units 1 at a time

Hello,

Whenever I click and drag objects in the scene, they are only ever being moved by 1 unit at a time. When I hold down the control key and drag objects, they move by 0.5 units.

I feel like I must have unknowingly changed some settings to create this effect. What could have caused this and how would I fix it to the way it was before?

As an example, I have this rect transform, click and drag it from the scene using the move tool, and It's only moving 1 unit at a time (see Z axis).

It's the most annoying thing, makes adjustments difficult.
