Google Play Games Plugin adding languages to my android build?

I've added google play games services to my android build. I have been testing the achievements and such without uploading the apk to google play. Today I uploaded my new build to beta and the details of the build tell me its adding 78 languages to localizations. Is this normal? Can I remove these extra languages that are being added? I am assuming this may be why my build size took a large jump when adding games services. Thanks for the help!

I also did upgrade to unity 5.3.4f1
