Why haven't I been able to upload a new release to the Play Console since recently?

error: You uploaded an APK or Android App Bundle which has an activity, activity alias, service or broadcast receiver with intent filter, but without 'android:exported' property set. I tried changing the manifest file by adding the value "true", but that didn't work. Ultimately, I installed a new version of the unit: 2022 beta, but again the same error. Help me, please, literally on January 5th I downloaded a new application and everything was fine, but now I cannot release an update for it.
