How can i change the default new scene?

I would like to learn how change the default new scene or a option to make a pre-made new scene just like this one Creating a New Scene

Hello.

I dont know if tis possible with vanilla Unity to have a "premade" new scene. But you can always just duplicate an existing scene, so, you cna have one scene prepared to be the "default premade scene", and duplicate it each time want a new scene.
