when mixamo fails,i need your help

Hi,im fairly new to unity ,and i started on a 3D game(dumb of me i know), anywho ,I've been relying on mixamo for a lot of the animations but they have let me down.I cant find a prone animation i need, so what im asking is that is there a good Maximo alternative and if not is there a way for me to make them myself.BTW my character was made in (dont make fun of me) adobe fuse plz help
