Yes, It's not clear if the text you actually entered is the right text and not just turned into ???? from whatever source you got it from. Note that you probably don't want to rely on the inspector to properly receive utf8 text. Try assigning text from a script that is saved as utf8. Also what are the import settings for that font? Are you sure that the needed ranges are included?

I never had problem with the inspector and unicode

Write Georgian unicode text somewhere else (not in Unity). Then copy it and paste in Unity.
