Turning a Unity animation into a GIF?

Hello,

So I'm an iOS developer and I'm trying to use a series of 3d animated gifs for a game that I'm building. I see that the Unity Asset store has a lot great objects that I would love to use in my project. I was curious if it is possible to animated a game object and convert that animation into a gif with a transparent background? If this is at all possible, or you know of a better way to do something of this nature please let me know.
