Error and conflict on meta files on repository and my pc

I am working on a game project with a group and i create some meshes which after we modify them to look more pixelated. Those pixelated assets go to a folder automatically so i moved only those i made to my folder where everyone woudl use them. On for i staged the changed but i discarded the ones form the original folder so when i pushed them that meant that now there are two copies of all the meshes on different folders. So we discarded those changes so all should be as it was. But now those changes are still on my version of the project and when i try to delete the metas that applies on the changes side of fork so now i have them only and i need to get them off my project so i can move again my changes and push them well. Any tip of how should i get rid of them without making a push?
