Universal RP (2D Renderer) not working on some android devices.

Question

I was using a 2D point light for my mobile game. The game was not being played on my friend's Oppo Reno4Lite while running smoothly on my own Xiaomi MI8Lite. I've tried hundreds of things on many Unity and URP versions but the result has not changed. There are photos of 2 phones.

Unity version 2020.3.7, URP 10.4.0 (tried 10.5.0 too)

On Xiaomi 2D Point light could be seen and everything is fine.

On OPPO, 2D Light does not appear at beginning and after moving camera causes glitches: alt text
