Why is unity hub showing my project being modified when I did not open it at all?

Why is Unity-hub showing my project being modified when I did not open it at all? I literally switched on my system 10 min ago. The computer was shut down till then. What's happening?

(This is not a new problem. I have been seeing this weird entry for about a year now. Earlier I thought that's because someone else is accessing my files through Unity Collab. But the ones mentioned here are available only locally. So don't know what is happening.)

Any clue?
