how can i make subnautica style water???? any help would be appreciated :)

hey guys... im pretty new to unity and i have done some of the tutorials on the unity page. i have decided to make a very simple survival game, and i need some water and underwater effects... i have looked all over the internet and i haven't been able find one that works for me... any suggestions or scripts would be very much appreciated...
