Unity crashes (not responding) very often on play mode or by closing unity

Question

The pretty much says it all.

i havent been able to find other posts with same kind of issue, and nothing from other posts has helped either i've tried using multiple unity versions, both LTS and latest version, but same story on either.

Any way to solve this, i dont know why this happens, and ive tried reinstaller unity multiple times!

One thing you can check is when naming Unity projects characters should be: letters (a-z or A-Z), digits (0-9) or underscore "_". For example: naming your project "abc,def" will give you errors when you're saving it ,because of the comma

would spaces in names also make errors?

my dir is currently this: D:\Unity\Projects\The_Hidden\The Hidden\

UPDATE: removing spaces didn't help :(
