"Failed to update Unity Web Player"

I've been getting this for a while and I've tried everything. I can't seem to fix the problem.

To run down a few things I've done before getting them suggested to me:

Manual update, download didn't work. Uninstall and reinstall. Didn't work Uninstall, cleared cache and everything, reinstalled. Didn't work. Please help.
