I can´t open or create a new proyect

Hello, I have unity 2020, in unity hub, once I have put the name and the folder, when I click on the button to create the new project, a window appears indicating an error and the option to report the bug. I reported it but they didn't give me a solution. I uninstalled unity 2020 and all related folders, installed unity 2019, and I keep getting the same error, I don't try to create or open projects.
