Logitech steering wheel snapping to middle?

My steering wheel does not change anything until I reach about 1/3 of the maximum angel, then the wheels of the car suddenly jump to 1/3 in my game, past that angle it works fine. When I turn my steering wheel back to 1/3 it immediately snaps to the middle.

When I go to this website: html5gamepad.com (Which can detect gamepad changes), the steering wheel does not snap at all, so the problem does not come from the steering wheel.

Any help would be appreciated.
