Can't open Navigation window

Question

The title says it all, I click on "Window" --> "Navigation" and nothing happens. Earlier after doing this several times I got "Invalid editor window UnityEditor.NavMeshEditorWindow" error. Unfortunately I didn't make a screenshot and now the error doesn't appear. I've tried opening Navigation tab in other projects, but it doesn't seem to work there either. Unity version 5.3.5f1 Any solutions?

The problem was solved by copying the Project Settings folder from another project
