Active Input Handling で InputSystemを指定すると、Editor上で日本語入力ができなくなる

ProjectSetting で Active Input Handling を InputManager から InputSystem(Preview) へ 変更すると UnityEditor上( Project/Inspector/EditorWindow )で英語入力しか受け付けなくなります( 日本語が打てなくなります )

1.新規プロジェクトを作成 2.Active Input Handling が InputManager にしているときは日本語入力が可能 3.Active Input Handling を InputSystem へ変更→日本語入力が不可になる

2019.2.0, 2019.2.2, 2019.2.10 の環境で確認しています InputSystem は 1.0.0 を使用しています

When I choose Active Input Handling "InputManager" to "InputSystem", I cant type Japanese anymore How can i resolve this issue
