ngui anchor alignment

Im trying to achieve this in ngui but im having a hard time on where to anchor the sprite.. somehow I REALLY KNOW BUT I DONT KNOW HOW ANCHOR IS DOING.

please help. Im planning just to use what unity have but it will cost too much draw calls cuz this interface have so many thing.

Anchors can be tricky but here is a good video to explain them, There is so many anchor tutorials for NGUI out there just search for them ... link text
