Does anyone know how to use UMA and Bolt

I downloaded UMA from the asset store, because I heard it would be great for a create-a-character game; and I downloaded Bolt, because I felt like visual scripting would be easier. My question is can I use UMA with Bolt like normal or, does it not work because UMA has extra scripts that Bolt wouldn't know about?
