How do I get these missing files?

Question

I'm a new user of Unity and can't create my first project. I go to safe mode and see two errors.

error CS2012: Cannot open 'C:\Users\user\Dropbox\Code\Unity 3D\Experiment\Temp\UnityEngine.TestRunner.dll' for writing -- 'Could not find file 'C:\Users\user\Dropbox\Code\Unity 3D\Experiment\Temp\UnityEngine.TestRunner.dll'.'

Second is:

error CS2012: Cannot open 'C:\Users\user\Dropbox\Code\Unity 3D\Experiment\Temp\UnityEngine.UI.dll' for writing -- 'Could not find file 'C:\Users\user\Dropbox\Code\Unity 3D\Experiment\Temp\UnityEngine.UI.dll'.'

Reading about safe mode, I decided to continue anyway to see what would happen. I see that these two files are present in the Library/ScriptAssemblies/ directory. So may some timing problem in the initial load triggered safe mode? Anyway now my project starts successfully.
