Unity Editor 5.4.2 wont open correctly

Question

I had to reset my Notebook, now unity seems to have some Problems. i have installed Unity Editor 5.4.2 32 Bit Yes i have 32 bit System.... And if i open Unity the window appears where you actually have to sign in or create/load a Project but it stays Grey?

Same, but i've got 64bit system. Can't do nothing, grey window. http://imgur.com/kKsR3Tz
