How do i make the game view blue?

I am new to unity and are working on the spaceshooter tutorial, and i need help making the game view blue as it is in the tutorial when it has made a new scene

Click the GameObject with your camera attached to it.

In the inspector, look at the Camera component.

Change the "Clear Flags" option to solid colour.

Change the "Background" colour.
