"Add Grass Texture" window not opening/appearing

Question

For some reason for my terrain the pop-up windows for "Add Grass Texture", "Add Detail Mesh" or even "Add Tree" will not open. I have no idea why, the terrain is blank with the default terrain material in use, the project is very new (no addons) and I have painted textures onto it no problem.

I was trying to add grass, but the window just won't open (2020.2.1f1, URP). A friend of mine checked his unity on a fresh project (same version) and he was able to add grass. I even went back to a 2019 version and it still wouldn't let me add grass (the window just would not open).

I have 3 screens, so I had thought it may have run off onto those or hid behind another window, but I cant find them anywhere. :/

Any thoughts? May have to fresh install the version.

Still haven't been able to fix it... I've just had to use a workaround from the asset store. Its just a simple prefab painter, but terrain grass would definitely be better optimised.
