Automatic anchor to the non-transparent part of the image

I designed a pixel card. And I sliced this card. There will be the picture of the card in the purple part I marked on the 1st picture.
My goal is as in photo 2: automatic anchor on the non-transparent part of the child image. I couldn't write a script that fetches the position of the non-transparent part of an image. I need help with this.
