Spot Lights disappearing when moving camera URP

Hello! I have a problem with my lighting when using URP in Unity 2019.4.13. For some reason, my lights will disappear if I go close to them. I have 7 spotlights and two more that are togglable by the player by pressing F. Whenever I go close to a few particular ones, they turn off. (This includes the togglable ones). I have been looking around and the render mode is set to Important, and I also tested on Auto and Not Important mode. My "Per Object Limit" is set to the max in the renderer, so I don't know what the problem could be! Any help would be appreciated.
