Create video from image at standalone mode

My Idea is take screenshot on each frame to generate image. Once finished, create a video file using these images. I have looked stackoverflow and unity answer, i don't find a available solution:

• FFMPEG is one the solution i found, but this plugin is removed from asset store.

• Another one is using mediaEncoder but it doesn't work at standalone mode.
