Unity project won't show up on screen,Projects don't show up on screen

When I load up a unity project (mind you, this is a newly made one), it shows up on task bar, but for some unknown reason, it won't show up on screen. This extends to me maximising it, cascading windows, using windows + tab and even clicking on it. This doesn't happen on any other app, so I'm wondering if this is a unity or windows problem.,When I open a Unity Project, it shows up on the task bar, but not on screen. Same case when I maximise it, cascade windows etc. Is this a unity problem or a windows problem, cause it doesn't happen with any other apps.
