My project template fails to decompres sometimes

I've created a project template for the company I work for. It is an architecture VR template for comercial use. At first I ran a test project and the template opened fine, every aspect of it worked just right, but after that it fails to decompres sometimes. I have deadlines to meet and everytime it don't work I lose time, so it would be very helpful if I could get it to work constantly. I have found solutions for project templates that fails to decompres everytime, but I have never found such an anomaly ever before...
